The Concern M/s Hycon was established in 1990. We started manufacturing & servicing of hydraulic presses, power packs, cylinders, jacks, lifting tables, import equipment, conversion kits for converting plastic injection moulding machines to DMC injection moulding machines, SPMs, etc.

Since 1994, we have entered into slip form. We have developed easy-to-operate hydraulic systems to run the slip form. They are of various types from simpler ones to the ones with various features like standby pumps and other safeties and the pumps with hand pumps to operate the slip form in case of power failure or defect in one of the electric motors or hydraulic pumps..

In CYLOES slip form jacks of 3.5 ton and 6 ton capacity are used, and in case of Chimneys and high-risk buildings, 6 ton and 12 ton capacity slip form jacks are used. For giving taper to the slip form, tapering or spindle jacks are used. These jacks climb on slip form jack rods. 3.5 ton capacity jacks climb on 25 mm dia. climbing or jack rods. To save on the cost of inventory of slip form jack rods, a limited number of jack rods are used. After the concrete casting has been done up to 30-40 meters, the jack rods in the concrete can be retrieved using Slip form recovery jacks which are also known as slipform extraction Jacks and can be used for casting concrete further high.
